After our session last year on AI and Cybersecurity, there were lots of questions about how to get AI to provide us with information better. We will have Jeff Anger and Scott Vandeputte (a Microsoft Copilot Expert) from Wipfli, join us for some hands-on demonstrations on getting the most out of this powerful resource.
Workplace Romance – February 2027
Always a sensitive topic, let’s look at policy development, disclosure requirements, professional behavior standards, best practices, training and communication, and, of course, handling complaints.
Recognition Programs – March 2027
Our annual “Survey of all Members” topic this year is what do you do for employee recognition? From length of service to peer-supported programs, for groups and individuals, retirement and other major life events. This will be a wide-ranging discussion, with details recorded and shared with members from all three groups.
Caregiver Support – April 2027
What happens when you have employees who are overwhelmed by caring for elderly parents or relatives – or if they need support themselves to change their living situation? SO many questions on how to make these difficult transitions! Erin Swoboda, Owner of Caring Transitions in Eau Claire and La Crosse, will discuss this pertinent topic.
